Although this seems to be a huge step forward in the energy sector, I can’t help but feel like it would be shot down immediately if it was introduced in the U.S. and Canada. Given the recent 5G scare that overtook, one would only assume this would go the same way if not worse. The fact that they are using microwaves to transmit the energy also brings to mind the whole controversy when microwaves were first introduced. After reading some interviews in the NZ press, it seems like there is some expected pushback there too. How do you expect this aspect to play out in making this prototype a reality?
